Hi everyone,

So glad you came to my page. I am so excited about this event. As you know I will be riding a bike for 100 miles around the beautiful Lake Tahoe.

I have always wanted to do a big bike ride like around the North Rim of the Grand Canyon or somewhere in Utah. I just couldn't get anyone to train with me.

So, I decided when I received the brochure from Team in Traing that this was my chance to ride. Not only am I going to go on a ride of a lifetime but I am also helping a great cause.

I decided to ride for "The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society" because I realized that my little neighbor was fighting this disease for a long time. This disease really takes a toll on the body. He has successfully beat this cancer. I am so proud of him. This summer will mark his remission of 5 years. He really is a great kid.
